- Providing leadership development training to college undergraduates and summer
interns with programs like the Making Impressions Workshop, where summer interns learn how to make outstanding first and lasting impressions and how to make the most of any networking opportunity.
- Engaging students in civic and social life in Cleveland through networking and civic education events like the (i)Cleveland Power Lunch, where summer interns network with Cleveland Bridge Builders alumni.
Sponsored summer interns benefit from programming focused on leadership development, networking, and the exploration of resources and opportunities that make Cleveland a great place to live, work, and play. Employer members benefit from increased visibility of their internship programs and connections to talented college students, and from higher talent retention rates and leadership development for their interns.
