Accelerate: Citizens Make Change
Accelerate is a high-energy civic pitch competition held each year in February. This Shark Tank-style event gives individuals across Northeast Ohio the chance to win seed money to help launch their idea to make Cleveland a better place to live, work, play, and visit. The event provides these individuals with a platform to share their vision with hundreds of community leaders who have connections and resources that could help make them a reality.

Spark: Grit to Great
Spark is a half-day leadership experience that highlights the changing leadership landscape and skills needed to lead in today’s (and tomorrow’s) world. Participants walk away with practical takeaways and valuable skills that are relevant across industries, sectors, and all career levels. Spark helps leaders and lead more effectively by creating environments that foster adaptability, collaboration, and inclusion. Spark takes place annually in the fall.

The Way Forward Leader Lunch Breaks
The Leader Lunch Breaks are free, weekly, noontime, virtual sessions featuring conversations with experts and leaders on relevant and timely topics. Started as a way to connect and inform CLC alumni at the outset of the pandemic, the sessions continue to provide an easy way for participants to stay on top of what’s happening across our region.
