Recruiting Consultants for CWRU Interprofessional Student Teams

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 7, 2021
Collaborative Practice I is an interprofessional service learning experience for first-year health professions and social work students at Case Western Reserve University. The students will learn teamwork skills, cultural humility, and service to others by working in small interprofessional teams on community-based projects that are focused on health and well-being.
The Office for Interprofessional Education, Research and Collaborative Practice is recruiting consultants to help guide the students on their projects and team work dynamics. Consultants can be current or emeriti faculty, CWRU alumni or members of the Greater Cleveland leadership community who have experience supervising teams. Consultants do not need to have a health professions background.
Collaborative Practice I will occur weekly on Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 PM ET from September through mid-April, and the consultants can volunteer for one or more Wednesday afternoons. The consultations will take place via Zoom; therefore, consultants do not need to be in Cleveland to participate. We will contact you several weeks in advance to let you know which Wednesdays we can use your assistance as a consultant to our student teams.
