DESCRIPTION:Accelerate is a civic pitch competition where individuals pitch innovative ideas in one of six categories. Panels of judges select one finalist from each category competition. The six finalists pitch in front of the combined Accelerate audience who votes on the winner. The winner receives $5\,000 and the remaining five finalists each receive $2\,000 to help bring their vision to life. \nIt’s an evening filled with amazing ideas\, unparalleled networking\, tangible energy\, and inspiration for days.
