Program Highlights
Leadership Training & Assessment
Associates complete a personal assessment that surfaces their values, strengths, and leadership style, giving them a self-awareness that makes them more effective collaborators from day one.
Skill-Building Fireside Chats
Participants will engage in candid conversations with seasoned leaders, giving them the soft skills and tools that separate good lawyers from great ones, including: Communication, intentional relationship-building, time management, navigating workplace dynamics, sustaining balance, and more.
Exclusive C-Suite Access
Associates will hear directly from CEOs and C-suite executives; the same decision-makers who may one day be their clients—sharing how they built their careers and their organizations.
Networking Lunch
Associates share lunch with CLC Alumni leaders, including area General Counsels and CEOs, and will build the cross-industry connections that deepen their commitment to Cleveland’s legal community.

Beyond the Summit
Legal Aid Society Advice Clinic
Show your associates what it means to be a lawyer in Cleveland. In partnership with the Legal Aid Society, they’ll take part in a hands-on advice clinic alongside CLC Alumni leaders to help them begin to build a civic identity.
End-of-Summer Social
