Myesha Watkins (LC 2025) recently received University of Chicago Community Violence Intervention & Leadership Academy (CVILA) inaugural Capstone Achievement Award. She received the award for her 2023 capstone project which focused on creating a Cuyahoga County Office of Violence Prevention. Her vision became a reality earlier this year and she is now the first administrator for the Office.
