Kathy Sullivan

Kathy Sullivan is the president and owner of Talent Principles, an executive coaching and organizational development consultancy. She is a board-certified coach, change agent, facilitator, keynote speaker, and author of Moms Eat First: 5 Principles to Prioritizing Yourself and Creating the Change You Crave.
She has over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Her primary focus is leading organizations, teams, and individuals through change and helping people strengthen their emotional intelligence capabilities.
Kathy holds a master’s in organizational management, an Executive Coaching Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, and is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner.
She believes in servant leadership and giving back to the community and finds purpose in helping women and moms advance in the workplace. She is currently a board member with Hudson Job Search and WEPAN (Women in Engineering ProActive Network), where she serves as Secretary. Kathy is also a graduate of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2023 with the Cleveland Leadership Center, where she serves on the Advisory Committee.
Kathy resides on the east side of Cleveland, OH, and has two children and a Great Dane.
