Daniel Lettenberger-Klein is the Chief Executive Officer of Stella Maris, Ohio’s oldest addiction treatment center. He brings deep expertise in clinical and business operations, organizational growth, and systemic change management. With over a decade of leadership experience in multimillion-dollar behavioral health organizations, Daniel has led strategic restructurings, multi-site expansions, and initiatives to expand access to a full continuum of behavioral health services.
A passionate advocate for leadership development and equitable access to care, Daniel frequently speaks on behavioral health topics, with a focus on improving community access and treatment outcomes. He currently serves as Chair of the Behavioral Health Subcommittee for WellLink’s Social Determinants of Health Innovation Hub and as Board Chair of the Ohio Institute of Substance Use Excellence (OISE).
Daniel holds an MBA from Northcentral University, an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Bradley University. He has been recognized as one of Crain’s Cleveland Forty Under 40, a Notable Leader in Healthcare, and is a proud Leadership Cleveland alumnus. Through his work, Daniel continues to shape the future of behavioral healthcare with a vision rooted in access, dignity, and innovation.
