Cleveland Leadership Center is proud to announce the launch of Cleveland Catalysts to accelerate women’s leadership across Northeast Ohio.
Cleveland has no shortage of talented, successful women, yet too many remain underrepresented in boardrooms, C-suite positions, and leadership tables where decisions are made. Cleveland Catalysts is helping to change that.
This initiative connects women executives with emerging women leaders from across the region to build the relationships and visibility that will propel careers forward. Through intentional pairing, shared learning, and candid dialogue, Cleveland Catalysts bridges experience levels and accelerates the growth of the region’s next generation of leaders.
How It Works
The founding class of Cleveland Catalysts features 20 senior women leaders and 20 rising leaders.

Participants are grouped into small leadership circles for one-on-one and small-group connection, in addition to participating in large-group sessions which bring the full cohort together to explore Cleveland’s leadership landscape, learn how to build social capital, and engage in candid conversation. Executive leaders also open doors to their broader networks by inviting rising leaders to networks, events and engagements across the community.
