Cleveland Leadership Center Announces Cleveland Bridge Builders and OnBoard Cleveland Classes of 2027

Two signature leadership programs welcome new cohorts of emerging and mid-career professionals committed to strengthening Greater Cleveland

Cleveland, OH, June 24, 2026 — The Cleveland Leadership Center (CLC) announces the Cleveland Bridge Builders (CBB) Class of 2027 and the OnBoard Cleveland (OBC) Class of 2027, two cohorts of leaders selected for their professional achievement, leadership potential, and commitment to civic engagement across Greater Cleveland.

Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2027 – The Cleveland Bridge Builders program continues to develop mid-career professionals through immersive learning experiences, cross-sector collaboration, and team-based projects focused on community impact.
This year’s class of 64 reflects a diverse group of professionals representing nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors, as well as a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. The

Class of 2027 demographics include:

  • 66% female
  • 48% nonprofit sector, 41% for-profit sector, 10% government

Cleveland Bridge Builders continues to serve as a catalyst for mid-career professionals to deepen their civic leadership and strengthen their impact across the region.

OnBoard Cleveland Class of 2027 – OnBoard Cleveland supports early-career professionals as they build leadership skills, expand civic awareness, and develop meaningful relationships across Greater Cleveland’s professional and community landscape.

The Class of 2027 includes 33 emerging leaders selected through a competitive application process. The cohort represents the following demographics:

  • 52% female
  • 49% for-profit sector, 39% nonprofit sector, 12% government

Through monthly immersive sessions beginning in September, participants will strengthen their leadership capacity while gaining a deeper understanding of the region’s challenges and opportunities.

“OnBoard Cleveland introduces rising professionals to the responsibility and opportunity of leadership both in their work and in the community at an early stage in their careers,” said Kip T. Bollin, Board Chair of the Cleveland Leadership Center. “This class reflects the talent and promise that will help shape the future of Greater Cleveland.”

Both programs conclude in 2027 and contribute to a growing network of more than 11,000 Cleveland Leadership Center alumni working to strengthen the region.
