Diana Rosa, M.S. is the Founder and CEO of Rosa Consulting, LLC, a strategic consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations strengthen governance, align leadership, enhance community engagement, foster healthy organizational cultures, and create measurable community impact. With more than 35 years of executive leadership experience, she has led organizations through strategic planning, organizational transformation, operational improvement, and board development.

Known for her practical, engaging approach, Diana helps leaders turn complex challenges into clear strategies that drive results. She has worked with hundreds of nonprofit leaders, boards, and executive teams to strengthen decision-making, improve organizational effectiveness, and build sustainable organizations.

Diana is also the Founder and CEO of the Ivan Rosa Memorial Foundation. Through its innovative FUNd-Giver event and its financial empowerment program, LEAP to Legacy, the foundation was established to be a visible champion of the community by driving meaningful impact through the expansion of funding opportunities and delivering programs that strengthen nonprofit organizations, families, and the broader community.  A sizable portion of the revenue generated by Rosa Consulting supports the work of IRMF.

Her leadership and commitment to community impact have been recognized through multiple regional honors celebrating her contributions to the nonprofit sector

She holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Cincinnati and is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools and confidence to lead meaningful change.
