The full Council meets quarterly throughout the year. All members of the Council are also required to serve on a committee, which provides opportunities for relationship building and teamwork with alumni from all Cleveland Leadership Center (CLC) programs. Committees include:
- Recruitment
This committee focuses on friend-raising for CLC, designing and implementing activities that support recruitment of new individuals to CLC programs. This groups helps organize and host annual Open House events for CLC. - Engagement
This committee creates opportunities for CLC alumni across programs to connect with each other through activities such as service days, happy hours, coffee chats, and additional networking experiences. They have coordinated the CLC Alumni Holiday Happy Hour and exclusive events for CLC members.
