Andrea Lyons (LC 2023, CLI 2021)
VP – Marketing & Communications, Neighborhood Family Practice
Andrea Lyons is currently chief of staff and vice president of marketing and communications at Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP), a community health center with eight locations in Cleveland and Lakewood. Andrea amplifies the organization’s brand and reach through tactics that are impactful and engaging while honoring the dignity of individuals navigating in poverty. She also has responsibility for supporting the organization’s strategic projects and board engagement.
Andrea began her career in telecom, leading business-to-business national marketing campaigns before transitioning to the agency side of marketing. Prior to joining NFP, Andrea led the internal and external DEI efforts for United Way of Greater Cleveland. As the first person to hold this role for the organization, Andrea implemented DEI programming for staff and engaged with community partners to launch a series of Community Conversations.
Andrea earned her master of business administration from New York University – Stern School of Business and bachelor of arts in political science at Rutgers University. She serves on the board of the Deaconess Foundation, Center for Community Solutions and Great Lakes Theatre. She is an active member of the Western Reserve Chapter of The Links, Inc. and Alpha Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Cleveland 2023, Civic Leadership Institute and the Diversity Center’s LeadDIVERSITY.
