You have ideas – we want to help you bring them to life!
Apply to pitch at Accelerate – you could be one of the 25 individuals selected to pitch at the event and share your vision with hundreds of community leaders who have the resources and connections to help bring your ideas to life, as well as possibly win up to $5,000.
Accelerate is open to any individual with an idea to improve Northeast Ohio.
How it works
- Five applicants from each of the five categories are selected to pitch at the event.
- Presenters pitch their ideas during the category competition where panels of judges select one finalist from each category to proceed to the final round.
- Finalists pitch on the main ballroom stage to the full Accelerate audience who then votes for the overall $5,000 winner. The four remaining finalists each receive $2,000.
Technovation
Technovation is a separate competition at Accelerate which awards $3,500 for the top innovative tech idea for social good.
Teen Accelerate
Teen Accelerate is a separate competition at Accelerate for high school students hosted by the Young Entrepreneur Institute. Top prize is $1,000.
