Rajan Gautam
Deputy General Manager – Finance and Secretary-Treasurer, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority
Mr. Gautam joined RTA in December 2013 as Director of Accounting before being appointed to his current position in January 2018. He was appointed as the Secretary-Treasurer to the Board April 20, 2021. Mr. Gautam has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Cleveland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to joining the RTA, Mr. Gautam was a partner in a local CPA firm serving clients in various industries. He was in charge of the firm’s audit practice with additional responsibilities that extended to the firm’s accounting and tax practices. He has served on various boards and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. The Finance Division includes Accounting, Support Services, Office of Management & Budget, Management Information Services, Procurement, Revenue, Cash Management, and Office of Business Development functions.
