Randy McShepard (LC 2003) was named to RPM’s newly-created chief talent officer postion.
According to a Crain’s article announcing the promotion, “McShepard will be responsible for managing and evaluating leadership development initiatives, succession planning and executive training. McShepard will also lead the Global Organizational Leadership Development team, which runs the company’s senior leadership development programs, including RPM University, a one-year program that combines development, health and wellness, and coursework aimed at specific challenges facing RPM. McShepard designed and started RPM University three years ago.”
