Creating the nation’s first jobs guarantee pilot
In 2023, Devin Cotten took the leap to pitch his vision for UBE at Accelerate, where he made it to the finals and earned $2,000 and a host of critical connections. Over the past two years, he has immersed himself completely in the project and will soon be launching the nation’s first jobs guarantee pilot which will provide 100 participants with a wage subsidy or job guarantee of $50,000 annually for three years.
