Syllabus for Success: President Fisher’s First Semester
Lee is bringing his extensive experience from his tenure as Dean of Cleveland State University’s College of Law, where he successfully turned around financial deficits and declining enrollment, to his new role as Baldwin Wallace University’s 10th President. Lee is known for his commitment to preparing students for careers that do not yet exist using technologies yet to be invented and a leadership philosophy that centers on asking questions rather than arriving with predetermined answers.
Hear how his diverse background spanning the public service and private sectors are guiding his leadership in academia, as well as his initial observations from the early weeks in his new role and his strategic vision for positioning Baldwin Wallace for future growth and innovation.
