Leader Lunch Breaks are a free series of virtual discussions to help you stay on top of relevant community issues and happenings.

Leading With Heart to Save Lives
When Paul G. Ward Jr. died of sudden cardiac arrest during a spin class at age 46, his family, including future Cleveland Brown Denzel Ward, set out to make sure others would be ready to respond. The Make Them Know Your Name Foundation now places AEDs and provides CPR training in schools, businesses, and communities, and helped pass Ohio’s law requiring an AED in every school. Hear how personal loss became civic action, learn what partnerships made that progress possible, and explore how any workplace or school can be prepared to save a life.
