CBB 21st Birthday Bash

CBB turns 21 this year. Celebrate our coming of age with CBB friends from across the years. We’ll have refreshments, heavy appetizers, cupcakes from Amy (Btiebet) Washington (CBB 2017), and a fresh installment of the Go Game through Ohio City.

$50/person (includes one drink ticket, heavy appetizers, and Go Game)

PLEASE NOTE: All attendees must provide proof of vaccination OR proof of a negative PCR COVID test within 48 hours of the event. Rapid test results will not be accepted.

Can’t make it to the event? You can still be a part of the celebration:

2. Buy tickets for some unique packages and experiences through the CBB 21st online raffle. Get your bids in!
   The online auction and raffle closes at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29. Winners need not to be present to win.

Additional COVID protocols

Given the changing nature of the COVID pandemic, Cleveland Leadership Center, following expert medical advice about the recent surge in Covid-19 cases, is requiring all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask at the event. We will be actively enforcing the mask requirement.

We want to protect all of our participants and presenters, as well as their families and networks, from unknowing transmission of the virus. While vaccination confers significant protection, there are populations such as people with chronic diseases, immunocompromised, or advanced age that may be at risk for break through infections. Also, many of you have children and vulnerable individuals in your households and we are sensitive to their needs and risks. Masks may be removed when actively eating or drinking.

We will provide hand sanitizer and design layout of the event with distancing and safety in mind.

In addition, given the recent surge in Delta and the inevitable introduction of the new variant Mu, we are asking all non-vaccinated program participants, speakers, and volunteers to take a PCR test within 48 hours of the event. We ask that the results of the test be brought to registration at the event. We will have rapid tests on site and ask all participants manifesting any symptoms and all who have not received the vaccine to take a rapid test before entering the event.

This policy was developed in consultation with members of our board and medical professionals, and we know that it imposes additional burdens for many. However, we want to gather in person for this celebration and must do what we can to ensure the safety of all our participants. These protocols will enable all to enjoy the benefit of gathering together while limiting the potential spread of the virus.
