Leader Lunch Breaks are a free series of virtual discussions to help you stay on top of relevant community issues and happenings.

Fostering Dignity From Day One
For a child entering foster care, the first night in a new home often comes without pajamas, a toothbrush, or anything familiar. Honey from the Rock grew from one foster parent’s view of that unmet need into a volunteer-driven nonprofit providing free clothing, hygiene items, birthday celebrations, and emergency packs to children in foster, kinship, and adoptive care.

Hear how the organization has served more than 800 children and how A Hub for Hope, a campaign for Cleveland’s first foster care community hub, will expand that care. Learn what families need most this holiday season and how leaders and organizations can help turn a moment of upheaval into a warm welcome.
