A Home for Every Neighbor: Cleveland’s Making It Happen
Cleveland’s “A Home for Every Neighbor” initiative brings together multiple City departments and a network of nonprofit partners to move unsheltered residents directly off the street and into stable housing in as little as 30 days. The result: 154 neighbors housed across 47 sites — roughly 70% of them chronically homeless — hitting an 18-month goal well ahead of schedule. Hear how the program was designed, what’s driving its early success, and what’s next.
