A 2023 Bureau of Labor Statistics report indicated that only 10.8% of U.S. construction workers are women. Hear about the importance of diversifying the workforce in this growing industry and learn and how companies like Gilbane, are supporting women from high school, through college, and into careers as a way to increase the number of women in construction.
