Via Sana is a modern living apartment community for residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income in the Clark-Fulton community. It was developed by The NRP Group in partnership with The MetroHealth System to address social determinants of health by creating a transit oriented neighborhood that is accessible to people of all incomes and an Economic Opportunity Center that prepares local residents for future employment opportunities.
