Since pitching their idea at Accelerate in February 2019, Ted and George’s idea has evolved into a full-fledged 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Fighting to Understand, which promotes civic education and engagement. They’ve also published a book, “Is America Broken?” According to a release by the organization, the first half of the book addresses the roots of modern polarization that have become so common in America today and the second half of the book sheds light on how “We the People 2.0” can change the course of our self-governance.
