Isaac Robb (CBB 2023)

VP – Planning, Research & Urban Projects, Western Reserve Land Conservancy

Isaac Robb is the Vice President of Planning and Urban Projects at Western Reserve Land Conservancy. Since 2015, he has worked on dozens of real estate transactions as well as neighborhood stabilization projects through the Ohio Land Bank Association (OLBA) and the Vacant & Abandoned Property Action Council (VAPAC). In addition, Isaac has successfully led over half a dozen property inventory projects throughout Ohio, including working on the first citywide inventory of the City of Cleveland (over 163,000 parcels).

With his background in city and regional planning, he has worked on redevelopment scenario planning for the City of Lorain and multiple neighborhoods in the southeast side of Cleveland. Recently, Isaac and the Land Conservancy team completed the Brighton Park project, which has transformed a 25-acre former landfill into a vibrant urban park with multipurpose trails as well as habitat restoration. Originally from Oregon, Isaac holds a master’s degree in city & regional planning from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Willamette University. In his spare time, Isaac enjoys backpacking, exploring new cities, riding his bicycle, and playing board games.
