Shanell Harris

Shanell Harris is Licensed Social worker (LSW) and Manager of Metrohealth Medical Center Trauma Recovery Center. Shanell received her undergrad in social work from Ursuline College and her master’s in social work from Case Western Reserve University. In addition to being a skilled Social Worker, Shanell is also certified in Trauma Informed practices.
Shanell has worked in the field of social work in varies capacities such as, Residential facilities, School settings, Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Unit, Forensic Mental Health, and Psychotherapist, and Trauma. Shanell has a robust skill set she enjoys using for empowering the community to be a safe and healthier place for community residents and others. Shanell enjoys working with youth and young adults in groups and 1:1setting’s to address trauma, current stressors, and barriers to success
