Thom Fladung (LC 2013, LC2 2014) was recently named 2017 Communicator of The Year by the International Association of Business Communicators Northeast Ohio.
Thom is a vice-president for Hennes Communications, one of the few firms in the U.S. focused exclusively on crisis management and crisis communications.
