Earlier this year, the Fund launched the Strengthening Workplaces initiative which aims to, “develop strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent for a stronger, more resilient region, as informed by Northeast Ohio’s workforce.” Hear about the initiative and their efforts to enlist employers willing to try one of several models designed to strengthen part of the workplace.
