On September 14, St. Vincent Charity Medical Center announced it will stop providing inpatient and emergency services. The decision brought forth concerns from local officials and residents that those already with some of the lowest life expectancy in Cleveland would be negatively impacted. Hear reflections on the closing and how the system is planning to serve residents moving forward.
