The Cleveland Talent Alliance is a consortium born out of the collaboration of more than 15 community organizations who want to boost talent attraction and retention in Northeast Ohio. Learn about the initiatives underway (College Fest, winter career event, student ambassador program, and more), plus hear outcomes of their work, and the vision for what’s to come to help Cleveland.
